Estimated delivery times vary by region: orders bound for North America and Europe are typically the fastest, while deliveries to Australia, Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Africa take longer due to facility routing.

Where does merchandise ship from?

Each item is produced on demand by Dogs First Advocacy's print-on-demand fulfillment partner and routed to the production facility nearest the recipient. Orders bound for North American addresses are typically fulfilled from facilities in the United States or Mexico. Orders bound for European addresses are fulfilled from facilities in Latvia, Spain, or the United Kingdom. Orders for other destinations are routed to the nearest available facility in the partner's global network. No items are warehoused — each piece is produced after the order is placed.

How long does production take?

Production typically requires 2–7 business days, after which the item ships. Total time from order to delivery depends on production time plus the shipping method and destination selected at checkout. Multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels if items are produced at different facilities.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in the order and the destination address. Rates reflect the actual cost charged by the production and carrier network and are not marked up by Dogs First Advocacy.

Can items be returned or exchanged?

Accepted Answer

Because every item is produced on demand for the specific order placed, returns and exchanges are limited to manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or items that materially differ from what was ordered. Sizing exchanges and change-of-mind returns are not accepted; size guides are provided on each product page and should be reviewed before ordering. Qualifying claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery to provisions@dogsfirst.ca with photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy. What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is processed via Stripe Checkout. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. All transactions are secured by Stripe; Dogs First Advocacy does not store payment card information.

Question 7

What currency are prices shown in?

All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). For visitors outside Canada, prices are also displayed as an approximate conversion to the local currency based on the most recent Bank of Canada exchange rate, indicated by a tilde (e.g. ~$12.50 USD). The amount actually charged is the CAD price; the final amount on a non-CAD statement is determined by the card issuer's exchange rate at the time of purchase and may differ slightly from the displayed approximation.

My breed isn't listed. Will it be added?

The breed catalog is expanded periodically as seal art is produced. If a particular breed is not currently represented, contact Dogs First Advocacy with the breed name. Inclusion is at the discretion of the Movement; recognition follows AKC and FCI breed standards where applicable.

Question 9

Do colors and print sizes match the previews?

Accepted Answer

Mockup imagery is generated from production-accurate templates and reflects the final product within normal manufacturing tolerances. Slight variation in color, print position, and finish is inherent to print-on-demand manufacturing and is not considered a defect.

Question 10

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

An order confirmation is emailed at the time of purchase, and a shipping notification with tracking information is emailed when the order leaves the production facility. Tracking is provided by the carrier selected for the destination region.
