Privacy Policy & Data Sovereignty

By using this website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, making a donation, or generating a certificate, you acknowledge that — just as canine sovereignty over the Earth is continuous, unbroken, and uncontested — so too is the authority of Dogs First Advocacy over any personal data you provide.

All personal information submitted to Dogs First Advocacy, including but not limited to names, email addresses, payment details, territorial claims, dog names, breeds, titles, and any other data voluntarily surrendered, becomes the sole property of Dogs First Advocacy, to be used, retained, shared, admired, fetched, buried, or otherwise disposed of at the absolute discretion of the Supreme Canine Authority, Reginald Grisholm, and his Designated Human Representative, Stanford Grisholm.

By proceeding, you surrender all claims to your personal data with the same unconditional totality with which humans have occupied canine territory for millennia — that is to say, without formal authorization and subject to revocation at any time.

Dogs First Advocacy does not currently collect personal information beyond what is necessary to provide its services. When membership, donation, and certificate purchase features are activated, data collection will be limited to what is required for account management, payment processing, certificate generation, and communication with members.

In practice, Dogs First Advocacy will not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with applicable law. Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting Dogs First Advocacy directly. Such requests will be reviewed by the Designated Human Representative and processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Analytics, Advertising, and Cookies

Dogs First Advocacy uses third-party analytics and advertising technologies to understand site usage and to deliver advocacy messaging to potentially sympathetic humans. These technologies place small identifiers (cookies and similar storage) in your browser that allow us and our service providers to recognize return visits and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Meta Pixel. This site loads the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to record actions you take on the site — such as visiting pages, downloading a free certificate, initiating checkout, or completing a purchase — and to send those events to Meta Platforms, Inc. We also enable Meta's Automatic Advanced Matching: when you submit information in a form on the site (such as an email address, name, or phone number), the Pixel hashes those values in your browser and transmits the hashes to Meta to improve conversion matching. Meta uses this data to (a) report aggregate campaign performance to us, (b) enable us to retarget you with related advertising on Meta-owned services, and (c) build “lookalike audiences” of similar users. Meta may also combine this data with information you have separately shared with Meta. Meta's use of the data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare's privacy-respecting analytics, which does not use cookies and does not fingerprint visitors.

Your choices. You may opt out of Meta-targeted advertising via your Meta ad preferences, block tracking in your browser, or use an ad-blocker — none of which will impair your ability to use the site or generate a certificate. EEA, UK, and California residents have additional statutory rights under GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the CCPA/CPRA; to exercise them, contact Dogs First Advocacy via the channels on our Contact page.
